• We are delighted to introduce free shipping for all domestic orders above INR 1999
• The order processing time is 1-2 days and delivery within 8-10 business days. Monday to Friday are considered as business days except for public holidays. Orders once shipped, cannot be cancelled.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to keep an eye on your package's journey and know exactly when it will arrive.
• We partner with one of India's leading logistics providers to ensure smooth delivery. However, timelines shared at checkout are estimates, and occasional delays may occur due to weather, courier network issues, or other factors beyond our control. While we cannot be held liable for such delays, we'll actively follow up and keep you updated. Refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges will not be entertained solely on account of delivery delays.
